A high-speed accident occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai expressway when a speeding Mercedes violently rammed into a milk tanker. The luxury car was left nearly unrecognizable, with its front end horrifically mangled and twisted.
The car's driver, identified as Akash, was stuck inside the wreckage. It took a collaborative effort of two hours from both National Highways Authority officials and nearby villagers to extract him from the car.
Eyewitnesses report that the accident happened around 4:30 pm while Akash was en route to Alwar from Fridabad. The distressing sounds of the trapped driver's cries could be heard by those at the scene.
Once rescued, Akash was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. Given the severity of his injuries, the realtor has since been transferred to a trauma centre in Delhi for specialized care.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the specifics of the crash.
