Gadar 2 Crosses ₹419 Crore Mark in Second Week, Sets New Box Office Records

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh reported that Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 concluded its second week in theaters with an astounding collection of over ₹419 crore. Adarsh used the phrase "wreaks havoc" to describe its impact on the box office. Gadar 2 has shattered numerous box office records and is continuously raising the bar for success. The upcoming Week 3 figures are anticipated to be promising, particularly in the mass circuits.

Gadar 2, co-starring Ameesha Patel, premiered on August 11 and has maintained a remarkable momentum, showing no signs of deceleration. It boasts the highest Independence Day earnings of any Hindi film in the domestic box office history, along with achieving the record for the highest second weekend.

Taran Adarsh's post stated, "A timeless blockbuster, Gadar 2 wreaks havoc in Week 2. Mass pockets ablaze with enthusiasm, it continues to establish new milestones. The film is expected to maintain its stronghold even in Week 3. Week 2 earnings: Friday ₹20.50 crore, Saturday ₹31.07 crore, Sunday ₹38.90 crore, Monday ₹13.50 crore, Tuesday ₹12.10 crore, Wednesday ₹10 crore, Thursday ₹8.40 crore. Total: ₹419.10 crore. Collection within India."

Despite facing screen competition from Akshay Kumar's OMG 2, which premiered on the same day, and now contending with this week's release, Dream Girl 2, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday, Gadar 2 has persevered. The forthcoming major release, Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, is scheduled for September 7.
